Home style food in a beautiful Saxon farmhouse and garden. Located 20 paces from the entrance to the fortified church. The meatball ciorba is excellent. Don’t miss this restaurant if you’re visiting Viscri.
The location is excellent and I really liked the table under the walnut in front of the house. The food was extraordinary, I had the soup with periwinkle and goulash and it was delicious. The staff was very attentive and very respectful. I recommend this location if you want to eat authentic and tasty food.
Delicious food in a beautiful courtyard! We tried the soup, main pork dishes and the raspberry tart and all were incredibly tasty!
Very good traditional food, palinca and socata were excelent, the whole place was nicely reflecting a local household; the staf was very accommodating, clearly trying to make your visit a pleasant experience. And not the least, prices were very decent.
Fantastic comfort food. No poshy vibes. It was the best food we had during our 2 weeks road trip through Transilvanis and Siebenbürgen. Well recommended.
